Terrence J. Raczkowski "Raz", 62, of South Pasadena, Florida, died Monday,
November 29, 2004, at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Toledo, he moved to
Florida in August 2003 from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was an electrician
with the City of Toledo for 24 years and served with the Air Force during
peacetime. He was a member of St. Clements Catholic Church, the American Legion,
40/8 a "Division of the America Legion" and V.F.W.

He is survived by son, Eric J. Raczkowski; daughter and son-in-law, Robyn L. and
Jim Anderson; brother and sister-in-law, Dale P. and Lorraine Raczkowski;
granddaughter. Danielle R. Siebenaler; stepdaughter, Kim Constantino and two
stepsons, Mike and Jeff Constantino. He is predeceased by two sons, Marc L. and
Stephen J. Raczkowski.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 16th at 10:00 a.m. at St.
Clements Catholic Church. 3030 Tremainsville Road, Toledo, OH 43613. A reception
will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart
Association, P.O. Box 21203, St. Petersburg, FL 33742. Funeral arrangements
