The Toledo Blade, 6 August 1956
Gordon J. Wening, 49, of 3914 Lockwood Ave., died yesterday in St. Vincent's
Hospital. 

A lifelong Toledo resident, Mr. Wening had been a wool presser at Deluxe
Cleaners, 1233 Sylvania Ave., for the last eight years. 

He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, the Eagles and Loyal Order of Moose.

Surviving are his wife, Inez; mother, Mrs. Maude Wening; sisters, Mrs. Lewis
Betson and Beatrice Wening, and brothers, Harold, Robert, Paul, and Tyler, all
of Toledo.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Herman Birkenkamp & Son Mortuary,
with burial in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Additional Comments:
(Jack) Gordon Wening was born on10 May 1907 in Toledo. He married Inez Estella
Davis.
