Mrs. Gladys E. Woodie, 64, of Bowen Road, died Monday in her home. Also known as
Winnie, she was the widow of William Woodie. A bookkeeper for the Athletic
Supply Co., until 1976, she also had been a part time bookkeeper for the
Auburndale Trucking Co. Surviving are her daughters, Mrs. Denise Dunwald, Mrs.
Patrice Wisdon, and Mrs. Beverly Jenkins; mother, Mrs. Virginia Boyle; sisters,
Mrs. Jeanne Fischer, Mrs. Mary Ashenfelter, and Mrs. Emmalee Jenkins, and
brother, Joe Pugsley. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Ansberg-West
Mortuary, where the body will be after 7 tonight. The family requests that any
tributes be to the Northwestern Ohio Hospice Association, or the American Cancer
Society.
