Buck, who died recently in Austintown township, bequeathed all his property to charity after the death of his wife, May Buck. The will filed last week in probate court is dated Feb. 13, 1911, and provides that $500 shall be held in trust for the care of the Buck, Gilbert and Hopkinson lots in the Smith’s Corners graveyard and $300 shall be used for the General care of the cemetery. The sum of $300 also given to the Evangelical church of that place. The remainder of his estate is bequeathed to his wife during her life, after her death, the estate is to be divided equally between the Evangelical church of Smith’s Corners, the Youngstown city hospital and the Old Ladies Home.
