Neff ffen@zoominternet.net June 21, 2005, 7:03 am Youngstown Telegram, Wed, 31 Jan 1906, p 11:4 HARDING, Rachel nee BRUNSTETTER [Mrs. John Harding] 28 Feb 1813 to 30 Jan 1906 92y 11m 2d PIONEER GONE Death Claims Rebecca Harding Who Passed the Entire 92 Years of Her Life in Austintown Township Where Her Decease Occurred Mrs. Rebecca Harding, doubtless the oldest resident of Austintown township, and certainly the oldest native born resident, died at the home of her grandson, Ensign Harding Tuesday night, death resulting from a general breaking down. Mrs. Harding was born in Austintown Feb. 28, 1813, and was therefore 92 years, 11 months and two days old at the time of her demise. She was a member of Zion’s Reformed church and a woman greatly beloved by a large circle of friends. The funeral will be held from the home Friday at 12 o’clock with burial in Zion’s cemetery near Canfield.
