Formerly of Canfield; services set for today
CANFIELD – Memorial services were to be noon today at Walker Funeral Home, 
Greenfield, Mass., for Gary Reed Neff, 38, of 2677 Schutesburry Road, 
Leverett, Mass., formerly of Canfield, who died of cancer Monday at his home. 
Mr. Neff was born Nov. 13, 1953, in Canfield, a son of Edward and Martha Neff. 
Besides his parents of Sun City, Ariz., he leaves his wife, the former 
Elizabeth Scheffey, whom he married Oct. 19, 1985; three daughters, Miss Rosa 
at home and Misses Hannah and Katra, both of Boca Raton, Fla.; a son, William 
at home; two brothers, Edward of Locanto, Fla., and William B. of San Jose, 
Calif.; and a sister, Mrs. Nancy J. Bataller of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The 
family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to 
Franklin County Hospice in Greenfield, Mass.”

Burial - Pratt Corner Road Cemetery, Shutesbury MA and the grave is marked 
Scheffey-Neff.
[Also burial site: Canfield Village Cemetery, Section# 8, Lot 4, Graves 3&4 – 
with parents, Edward and Martha Cummings Neff]
