H. EDSALL DIES Charles H. Edsall, 88, Canfield–Boardman Road, a retired stationary engineer, died of diabetes Sunday evening in the S.S. unit of Youngstown Hospital. Mr. Edsall, a descendant of early settlers in the Western Reserve, was born in Canfield Township, Feb. 28, 1866, a son of Orville and Lydia Ritter Edsall, and his entire life was spent in the locality. In 1899 he was married to Lois Neff, who died last year. Two daughters also preceded him in death. Mr. Edsall prided himself on his attendance record at the annual Canfield fair, having never missed a single one in his entire life. He leaves a son-in-law, Raymond G. Bischoff of Canfield, three nieces and a nephew. Funeral services, with Rev. Donald F. Alber in charge, were held Wednesday afternoon at the Williams Funeral Home, and burial made in the Canfield cemetery.
