She had been in ill health for several years, but the immediate cause of her death was dropsy. The deceased was a daughter of the late John Neff, one of the early settlers of Canfield township. To them was born four children, three of whom, Mrs. J. H. Shields, Youngstown, Henry of Boardman and John of Canfield, survive. She also leaves two brothers, Eli Neff of Humboldt, Kan., and Martin Neff of this township. Mrs. Starr was a kind friend and neighbor and her death is sincerely mourned. Funeral services will be held from her late home Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial in the Village Cemetery.
