The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage Licence and upon 
oath states:
Peter L. Mader, 24 years of age on September 24, 1913, born Cleveland, O., 
resides Medina, O., occupation bricklayer, father's name Louis Mader, mother's 
name Emma Lorenzen.
Hanna M. Levandoski, 21 years of age on October 14, 1913, born Cleveland, O., 
resides Brunswick, O., occupation housekeeper, father's name Anton Levandoski, 
mother's name Mathilda Koch.

Marriage certificate.
Peter L. Mader and Hanna M. Levandoski were married the 4th. day of May, 1914 
by Reverand William Schubert in Brunswick, O.

 

Additional Comments:
Peter Mader and Hanna Levandoski were married at Hanna's parent's farm on 
Grafton Road in Brunswick, Medina County, Ohio.
