Church marriage certificate
This certifies that Mr. Peter Mader of Medina, Medina County, Ohio and Miss 
Hanna Levandoski of Brunswick, Medina County, Ohio, were by me, the 
undersigned, Minister of Evangelical Lutheran Church at Brunswick, Medina 
County, Ohio, according to the Ordinance and the Laws of the State of Ohio, on 
the 4th. day of May in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred, 
Fourteen.
Witnesses: John Mader
           Ruth Johnson
           Magdalene Mader
           Arlie Pritchard

Additional Comments:
Peter and Hanna had three children, Gordon 1915, Floernce 1917 and Ralph 1919. 
Peter passed away Novenber 13, 1962 in Florida and Hanna passed away March 16, 
1972 in Canton, Ohio. Both are buried at Bennetts Corners Cemetery in 
Brunswick, Ohio.
