James M. Halliwill, Will 
Filed January 24th. 1901., Geo. A. Richards, Probate Judge.
In the name of the benevolent Father of All. I James M. Halliwill of Westfield 
in the county of Medina and State of
Ohio, do hereby Make and publish this My last Will and Testament.
Item 1st It is My Will and I so direct that all my just debts be paid from my 
Estate also funeral expenses.
Item 2d I give and devise all the balance of my property both real Estate and 
personal property to my Son George B Halliwill and his wife. Share and Share.
Item 3d I do hereby appoint H E Matteson as Executor of this My last Will and 
Testament.
In Witness here of I do hereby place My hand and Seal at Seville Ohio this 
thirteenth day of November AD 1900.
