PROOF OF WILL.
The State of Ohio, Medina County, ss.
In the Probate Court at Medina, in and for the said County, on the 6th.
day of February. , A. D. 1901.
Testimony in proof of the last Will and Testament of
James Halliwell. , deceased, late of the township of
Westfield.
in said County and State.
F. C. Fickes, and Mary Matteson,
the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of said
James M. Halliwill , deceased, being duly sworn and examined in Open
Court, on the day and year aforesaid, depose and say: That the said Testator
at the time of executing his said last Will and Testament, was of full age,
of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint, and that they
signed as witnesses to said Will, in the presence of said Testator and by
his special request, and also in the presence of each other

I, Geo. A. Richards, Judge of the Probate Court within
and for said County and State, do hereby certify that the said witnesses to the 
last
Will and Testament of James M. Halliwill, were examined
by me in Open Court on the 6th. day of February, A.D. 1901 touching
the proof and the due execution of the Will of said James M. Halliwill,
and that the said witnesses signed said testimony in Open Court on the 6th.
day of February, A. D. 1901, in my presence.
In Testimony Whereof, Witness my hand and the official seal of said Probate
Court, at Medina, this 6th. day of February, A.D. 1901.

I n the matter of the Last Will and Testament of
James M. Halliwill, Deceased.
To Chauncey C. Halliwill, James A. Halliwill, Frank L. Halliwill
George B. Halliwill, Charles Ault and Lena Ault: -
You are hereby notified that on the 24th. day of January,
A. D. 1901, and instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and 
Testament of 
James M. Halliwill,
late of Westfield Township, in said County, deceased, was produced
in open Court and an application to admit the same to Probate was on the same
day made in said Court. Said application will be for hearing before this Court 
on
the 6th. day of February, A. D. 1901, at 10 o’clock A. M.

Dated at Medina, Ohio, this 24th. day of January

CERTIFICATE TO PROBATE.
THE STATE OF OHIO,
Medina, County, ss. I, Geo. A. Richards,
Judge of the Probate Court, within and for said County and State, so hereby 
certify that the last Will and Testament of James M. Halliwill, deceased, late 
of Westfield, Township, Medina County, Ohio, was produced for Probate in Open 
Court,on the 6th. day of February, A. D. 1901.
(signed) F. C. Fickes, and Mary Matteson, the subscribing witnesses to said 
Will in Open Court, on oath, testified to the due execution of said Will. which 
testimony was reduced to writing, and by them respectively subscribed and filed 
with said Will, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court by said 
testimony that said Will was duly attested and executed, and that the said 
Testator was at the time of executing the same, of full age, of sound mind and 
memory, and not under any restraint. It was thereupon by the said Court ordered 
that said Will be and the same is hereby admitted and allowed as the last Will 
and Testament of the said ___________ James M. Halliwill, deceased, and that 
said Will and Testimony be recorded.
In Testimony, Witness my hand and the official seal of said Court at Medina,
this 6th. day of February, A. D. 1901.
