RICHARDSON Jr. of Rutland Meigs County State of Ohio for and in consideration of thirty three dollars thirty five cents paid to me by James GRAHAM of town county and state aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge. And have hereby given bargained granted sold and conveyed and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said James GRAHAM his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land situate and being a part of a certain tract or parcel of land situate in the town county and state aforesaid deeded to me Benjamin RICHARDSON Jr. by Daniel C. MCNaughton of (cannot read microfilm) in Gallia County in the town county and state aforesaid butted and bounded as follows beginning at a stake on the Fraction line of fraction no. 2 town no. six and range 14 nine chains and fifty links from the northwest corner thence running south eleven chains thirty seven links to a stake then east thirty deg. north six chains thirty two links to a stake then north thirty four deg. west nine chains ninety links to the place of beginning containing three acres and eight poles. To have and to hold the above demised premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said James GRAHAM his heirs and assigns forever. And I the said Benjamin RICHARDSON Jr. my heirs and executors and administrators do convenant to and with the said James GRAHAM his heirs and assigns that I the said Benjamin lawfully seized in fee of the premises free from all incumbrances that I have good right to sell and convey and will to them warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whatever. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
