Piper, a Justice of the Peace in and for Letart Township, Meigs County, Ohio, against the one-half of a flat-boat bottom, belonging to Jonathan Williams, and lying near Harpold's and Young's mills; the order of attachment in said case has been returned; and cause continued until the 3d day of November, 1855, at 10 o'clock, A.M. - The amount claimed by plaintiff $37.04.
