SALE OF REAL ESTATE [abstracted] Lots owned by Theophilus Jacobs deceased will be sold Oct 28, 1855. Lots were on the east side of the right hand fork of Leading Creek. T. Montague, Administrator of the deceased. ATTACHMENT NOTICE At my instance, an attachment was issued on the 10th day of September, 1855, by George L. Piper, a Justice of the Peace in and for Letart Township, Meigs County, Ohio against the one-half of a flat-boat-bottom, belonging to Jonathan Williams, and lying near Harpold’s and Young’s mills, the order of attachment in said case has been returned and cause continued until the 3rd day of November, 1855, at 10 o’clock, A.M. The amount claimed by plaintiff $37.04 Mounce Taylor DIVORCE [abstracted] Hiram Maguire vs Cenith Maguire – Petition for divorce filed Sept 12, 1855 saying Cenith has been absence for three years.
