PARALYTIC STROKE.  We regret to learn that Hon. H. S. Horton  suffered a 
paralytic stroke a week ago.  He is now, however, recovering,  and is 
considered 
out of danger.

MARRIED
On the 19th inst., by S. White, Esq., Mr. John M. Taylor, to  Miss Eda 
Taylor, all of Meigs County.

On the 20th inst., by Rev. S. C. Frampton, Mr. George Wallace, of Pomeroy,  
and Miss Melvina O. Wilson, of Middleport

December 11, 1855, by Rev. A. Jordan, Mr. David Bryson, and Mrs. Elizabeth  
Stephenson.
