Notice of final settlement of accounts for November 22, 1856
Franklin  Edmondson, Adm’r de bonis non of the estate of Van Swearingin
Samuel  Halliday, Executor of Wm Parker, deceased

NOTICE [abstracted]
A petition will be presented Dec 1856 to the county  commissioners asking for 
a new road in Salem township.  Names land owners  located where road will go 
are Joseph P. Stewart, Benjamin Meanor and Daniel  Strong.
