Biggs passed away at his home on South Second Avenue early Monday morning following a long illness. He was seventy-eight years of age at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife and a number of children. Funeral services in charge at the Rawlings-Coats Funeral Directors have not been completed and will be announced later. Biggs who passed away at his home on South Second AvenueMonday morning following a long illness will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the chapel in the Rawlings-Coats Funeral Home. Interment will be made in the Chester cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the funeral home until time for the services it has been announced. Additional Comments: William was the son of Aaron Biggs and Sarah Sibert. Children were: William Albert Biggs, Rock Island, Illinois, John Sherman Biggs, Dover, Ohio, Bertha Louise Biggs Spencer, Delaware, Ohio, Benjamin Harrison Biggs, Tipton, Iowa, Emery Biggs, Logan, Ohio, Oscar M.
