To the Honorable court of Common Pleas: The petition of FREDRICK M. KONNERTH respectfully shows: First. My full name is FREDRICK MARTIN KONNERTH Second. My place of residence is number _____________ street, town of Pomeroy, state of Ohio. Third. My occupation is Organ Builder Fourth. I was born on the 14th day of August, anno Domini 1875, at Birthalm, Hungary Fifth. I emigrated to the United States from Bremen,Germany, on or about the 10th day of January anno Domini 1902, and arrived at the port of Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States, on the vessel Hanover. Sixth. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on the 22nd day of January, anno Domini 1908 at Pomeroy, in the Probate court of Meigs County, Ohio. Seventh. I am married. My wifes name is Amelia Konnerth, she was born in Birthalm, Hungary, and now resides at Pomeroy, Ohio. I have 4 children, and the name, date, and place of birth of each said children is as follows. Fredrick Konnerth born: February 27, 1905 Pomeroy,Ohio, Ameila Konnerth born: September 7, 1906 Pomeroy, Ohio, Katherine Konnerth born: March 24, 1908 in Pomeroy,Ohio Anna Louise Konnerth born: October 19, 1909 in Pomeroy, Ohio. Eighth. I am not a disbeliever in or opposed to organized government or a member of or affiliated with any organization or body of persons teaching disbelief in organized government. I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy. I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to Francis Joseph Apostilic, King of Hungary, of which, at this time I am a citizen/subject, and it is my intention to reside permanently in the United States. Ninth. I am able to speak the English language. Tenth. I have resided continuously in the United States of America for a term of five years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since the 31st day of January, anno Domini 1902 and in the state of Ohio for one year at least next preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since the ___ day of _____, anno Domini _____.
