Item Second: I give bequeath and devise to my eldest daughter Ann Humphrey, and the heirs of her body, Lot No 189, or Sub-Lot No. 48 and part of triangular Lot No 515, and the house and barn there***, located on Butternut and Vale Streets, of the city of Pomeroy, County of Meigs, and the State of Ohio, being the same property in which she now resides. Also one United States four per cent Government bond for the sum of $1000.00 Letter A No. 134.827. Also one thousand dollars of Pomeroy National Bank stock certificate No. 415. Item Third: I give and bequeath to my second daughter Jane Margaret Jones, and the heirs of her body, five bonds of the city of Pomeroy, issued for the construction of the Pomeroy Belt Railway, of the denomination of one thousand dollars each, and numbered respectively 26, 33, 34, 36, + 37, and also five hundred dollars of the Pomeroy National Bank stock, represented by certificate of stock no. 415. Item Fourth; I give and bequeath to my third daughter Elizabeth McDonald and the heirs of her body one four per cent United States Government bond of the denomination and par value of five thousand dollars, Letter A No. 33053. And also five hundred dollars of the Pomeroy National Bank Stock represented by certificate of stock No. 415. Item Fifth: I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mary Burton Baber one hundred and fifty dollars in money to be paid out of any estate by my executor. Item Sixth: It is my will that my executor hereinafter named, shall dispose of all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal, under the order and direction of the proper Probate Court, and distribute the net proceeds thereof to my three daughters aforesaid share and share alike. And I case of the death of either of my said daughters before the said fund is ready for distribution, then it is my will that my said executor shall pay her share of such proceeds to the heirs of her body share and share alike. Item Seventh: Should any of my daughters die before me leaving no heir or heirs of her body it is my will that her or their portion of my property heretofore bequeathed and devised to her or them shall go to the survivor: or to the survivors share and share alike. Item Eighth: Should any one of any said daughters be so far dissatisfied with any of the provisions of this will, as to bring suit to set the same aside for any cause then and in that case, I will bequeath and devise that her portion and bounty under the provisions hereof be divided share and share alike between the other two, and their heirs. Item Nine: I hereby nominate and appoint my son-in-law, Francis T. Humphrey, executor of this my last will and testament. Item Tenth: I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 19th day of July, AD 1892.
