Wife: Caroline Beyer, married 1873.
age: 61 yrs., died: Wednesday, 12 April 1911, suffered paralysis Sunday A.M. 
and died without regaining consciousness.
Born: 6 June 1949, had lived in Mercer Co. since age 8.
Family: wife and 5 children, Mrs. Lewis Gaus, Charles, William, J.V. and
Elsie, 2 children are dec'd.     Member of Christian Church.
Burial: Swamp Cemetery.
