AT BEAVER CHAPEL ----------- Aged Mother Dies Tuesday After Lingering Illness --------------- Mrs. Rachael Sophn Enyart, 70, widow of the late Allen Enyart died Tuesday afternoon at her home near Wabash after a lingering illness due to complications of ailments. Mrs. Enyart was a lifelong resident of Washington township and was well known in that vicinity. Her husband died in 1926. The deceased was born February 23, 1870, the daughter of the late Peter and Alcinda Boice Spohn. The body has been removed to Carr and Vale for burial and is being returned home Wednesday afternoon. Surviving are her 11 children, seven sons and four daughters , namely: Will, Elbridge, and Sherman Enyart of Celina; James and John of Dayton; Frank Enyart of Columbus; Paul in South America; Mrs. O. Wilkins of St Marys; Mrs. Ernie Green of Spencerville; Mrs. Andrew Smith of Dayton; Mrs. John White of Dayton. There are a number of grandchildren and one brother. William Spohn of Flint, Michigan. One son, Arthur Enyart died in Africa, April 3, 1936. Funeral services are planned at 2;30 o'clock at Beaver CChapel, with burial in Swamp College cemetery.
