Obituary - Daily Standard 
Kelsey Marie Forsthoefel, 9, 813 S. Dogwood Drive, Coldwater, died the evening 
of September 19 at Children's Medical Center, Dayton, of injuries sustained in 
a horse riding accident. She was born November 12, 1988, in Coldwater, to 
Daniel and Jane (Muhlenkamp) Forsthoefel, both who survive in Coldwater. Other 
survivors are a brother, Derek, at home; grandparents Don and Luetta of 
Coldwater and Gilbert and Edna Muhlenkamp of Celina. She was a fourth grade 
student at Coldwater Elementar y School and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic 
Church, Coldwater. She was active in youth soccer, Coldwater Cuda's Swim Team 
and at the Celina Gymnastic Center. Funeral Mass is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at 
the church, the Rev. Frank Amberger offic iating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth 
Cemetery, Coldwater. Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at 
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater
