SCHULTZ, born 29 May 1889 were married 27 May 1914 in Tippecanoe. Clarence is the son of Leander and Sophia (BARIENBROCK) SCHNEIDER of Tippecanoe and the grandson of Joseph and Leuvina (SCHILLE) SCHNEIDER, also of Tippecanoe. Emma is the daughter of George and Anna (ZIEGENBUSCH) SCHULTZ of Wapakoneta, Auglaize County, Ohio. Clarence worked for the Dayton and Troy Electric Railway as a master mechanic. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, served on church council, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Masons). On 08 November 1927, Clarence was elected Mayor of Tippecanoe. On 26 December 1927, he was in a car accident that resulted in his death two days later. Emma remarried May 1940 to Harley FRYE of South Salem. She died October 1959.
