I wish to sell my Steam Saw Mill, at FLETCHER Station, on the C., P. &
I. R. R.  I will Sell at a Great Sacrifice, or Exchange For A Farm.
The property consists of a Saw-mill capable of cutting from two to three
thousand feet per day.  New Boiler and Furnace

The Grist Mill Has two run of three foot Burrs, put up in the latest
style, with Bolts, Elevators, Screens, Smutter, &c., all nearly new.
The location is equal to any in the county.
There is plenty of Timber At Reasonable Prices., to be had that will
afford a profit (on lumber) from Fifty to One Hundred per cent., at the
Mill.
