Linda L. Bair, 61, of Fletcher, died at 11:37 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003 in 
Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born in Dayton on July 26,1941, the 
daughter of the late Elmer Raines and Irma (Rung) Raines. She married Richard 
R. Bair on Nov. 30, 1965, and he survives. Her mother Irma Wilt also survives. 
Other survivors include three children, BethAnn and husband Tom Mines of Azle, 
Texas, Rick Bair and fiance Shelly Cron of Piqua, and Becky Bair-Davis and 
husband Bob Davis of Fletcher; two grandchildren, Hannah and Lane Davis of 
Fletcher; and two sisters, Dawn Faye Wilt and Judi Springer, both of Celina. 
She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Raines, and her step-father, 
Everett Wilt. Linda was a 1960 graduate of Piqua Central High School. She was 
an employee of Edison Community College for the past 13 years where she was 
the assistant manager of the bookstore.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the 
Rev. Bonita Woods presiding. Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery
