Mary K. Clark, 83, of Conover passed away at 5:40 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2005, 
in Piqua Manor Nursing Home, Piqua.
She was born Jan. 5, 1922, the daughter of the late George William and Lelia 
Frances (Minnich) Boyd. She married Howard Clark on Oct. 11, 1941, and he 
survives. She also is survived by two daughters, Sandra (Stephen) Bayshore and 
Freda Maxson, both of Sidney; five grandchildren, Robert (Michelle) Bayshore 
of Rosewood, Christopher (Melinda) Bayshore of Fletcher, Dwaine Maxson of 
Sidney, Matthew Maxson of Fletcher and Sylvia Maxson, Bloomington, Ind.; four 
great-grandsons; and two sisters and a brother, Lois Bowman, Nancy Landers and 
Russel Boyd all of Hot Springs, Ark. Mary was preceded in death by her 
parents, two sisters and one brother.
Mary graduated in 1940 from Lena-Conover High School. She worked for the 
Robbins and Meyers Company during World War II. She was a homemaker, and a 
member of the Lena Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Suber-Shively Funeral 
Home, 201 W. Main Street, Fletcher, with the Rev. Bobby Joyce presiding. 
Burial will follow in Fletcher Cemetery
