Funeral Home-abstract
Eunice E. (Dewitt) Bodey, 85, formerly of Troy, more recently of the Dorothy 
Love Retirement Community, Sidney where she received exceptional care, went 
home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 27, 2006. She died in Wilson 
Hospital, Sidney, following a brief serious illness. She was born in 
Springfield on February 27, 1921 to the late James W. and Mary Elizabeth 
(Rice) Crain.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. Eunice was the last surviving 
member of her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 
her first husband, Harvey Ivan Dewitt in 1975 and her second husband, Lewis 
Bodey in 2005; two brothers, James Grain, Edward Grain; and six sisters, Erma 
Maine, Phyllis Wright, Gama Iman, Bette Beach, Donna Jackson, and Dottie 
Wright.
Mrs. Bodey retired from A.O. Smith Company, Piqua and enjoyed numerous 
activities including fishing, bowling, and golfing.
A private service was conducted for the family
