Betty L. Hutson, 73, of 419 Glenwood, Piqua, died at 7:05 a.m. Friday, July 7, 
2006, in Upper Valley Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 12, 1932, in Saxton, Ky., to the late Joe B. and Delia 
(Foley) Perkins. She married James D. Hutson on June 20, 1967, in Tazewell, 
Tenn. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2000.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James "Doug" and Angela Hutson 
Jr. of Piqua; three grandchildren, Kierstynn, Stephen and Ashlynne Hutson; a 
sister and brother-in-law, Linda and David Jarboe of Saxton, Ky.; a brother 
and sister-in-law, Bill and Shanda Perkins of Williamsburg, Ky.; and several 
nieces and nephews, including Pat Pruit and Delia Rose. She was preceded in 
death by her sister.
Mrs. Hutson graduated from Pleasant View High School in 1950, and Cumberland 
College in 1956, both in Kentucky. She was employed as a medical technician 
for the private practice of Dr. Mansur Zarraby for more than 20 years.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Jamieson & 
Yannucci Funeral Home with the Rev. Jay D. Roberts officiating. Burial will 
follow in Fletcher Cemetery.
