Dale A. Purk, 74 of St. Paris, passed away at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 
2009, in Heartland of Piqua.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Fletcher 
Cemetery, North Walnut Street, Fletcher, with the Rev. Wayne Jump presiding.
