Theodore W. Shoe, 78, of Fletcher, passed away at 3:10 p.m. Monday, March 31, 
2003 in Heartland of Piqua Nursing Home. He was born on Jan. 3, 1925 in Piqua. 
He was the son of the late Festas and Hazel (Bolander) Shoe, On March 16,1952 
he married Wanda Roegner, and she survives. He is also survived by on son and 
daughter-in-law, Christopher and Cathy Shoe of Fletcher, and two 
grandchildren, Adam and Christine Shoe of Fletcher. In addition to his 
parents, one sister preceded him in death. Ted was a 1943 graduate of Piqua 
High School and he went on to college and became an engineer. He served in the 
U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Fletcher Lions Club and 
St. Paul Lutheran Church of Piqua. He retired in 1988 from Price Brothers of 
Dayton. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in Suber Funeral Home. 
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with 
Pastor Jonathon Kollmann of the Fletcher United Methodist Church presiding. 
Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery.
