Medical Center, Dayton.
She was born at 7:12 a.m. Friday, April 6, in Wilson Memorial Hospital, 
Sidney. She was the daughter of Kevin and Courtney (Honeycutt) Skinner of 
Piqua.
A sister, Robbi Skinner of Stephenville, Texas, and a brother, Kadin Skinner 
of Piqua, survive her. Other survivors include maternal grandparents, Larry 
and Gloria Honeycutt of Piqua; maternal great-grandparents, Vera Honeycutt of 
Piqua and Jesse and Mary Hughes of Piqua. Paternal grandparents are Karen 
Patton and Joe Rickard of Conover and Dan and Kathy Skinner of Beavercreek; 
and paternal great-grandmother is Norma Duer of Troy. She also is survived by 
aunts and uncles, Rob (Amy) Honeycutt of Piqua, Steffini Honeycutt and Deron 
Lewis of Piqua, Lance Honeycutt of Piqua, Ryan (Jaimie) Honeycutt of Piqua, 
Wendel (Kim) Skinner of Kannapolis, N.C. and Ashley Skinner of Beavercreek; 
and cousins Trae, Tate, Adde, Hannah, Nicholas and Landen Honeycutt all of 
Piqua and Kayleigh and Carsen Skinner of Kannapolis, N.C.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today in Fletcher Cemetery 
where Chelsi-Jean will be laid to rest next to her infant brother, Daniel 
Kevin Skinner, who passed away on Nov. 13, 2003. Dr. Forrest Blythe, DOS of 
Covington will preside.
