"Marriage at Troy, Miami, Ohio.  Charles Stuartt & Margarette Kelley.  
Gentleman [swears?] as to the legality.  All he swears is correct...Then was 
married by me on this 18th day of April A.D. 1854."  -- Jas. Fahnestock M.G.

Additional Comments:
This is the second marriage for Charles Stewart. His first wife, Mary Ann 
McWilliams, died shortly after childbirth.  Margaret Kelly is an immigrant 
from Canada, and has Irish parents.  Charles and Margaret made their home in 
Piqua.
