Entry #149.  Certificate #4581.  "Silas Jenkins & Charlotte Birch. affidavit 
filed.  These were by me joined in marriage on the 11 [or 15] day of Oct 
1846."  -- Wm. Elliott, J.P.  Filed 23 Oct 1846.

Additional Comments:
The marriage date was difficult to read.  It could be either an 11 or a 15.
