It is hereby certified That in conformity with the laws of the United States  
ISABELLE MCVICKER Widow of CHESTER MCVICKER who was a PRIVATE  CO. D 16th  
REGIMENT OHIO INFANTRY is entitle to a pension at the rate of TWENTY-FIVE  
dollars per month, to commence JANUARY 15 - 1919 and to continue during her  
widowhood.

Given at the Department of the Interior this FIFTEENTH day of MARCH one thousand  
nine hundred and NINETEEN and of the Independence of the United States of  
America the one hundred and FOURTY-THREE
