The following information about Alexander Price is taken from his pension
record from the Civil War.

He applied for a pension on 22 May 1912 being a resident of Middletown Ohio
in the County of Butler.  He is the identical person who was enrolled at
Washington C. H.  Ohio under the name of Alexander Price on the 13th day of
December 1861 as a private in Co. C, 60th Regiment O. V. I. in the Civil
War.  He was honorably discharged at Chicago ILL on the 10th day of November
1862.

He was born  August 24, 1838 at Shepherdstown VA.  He is pensioner under
certificate no. 756889.
