To all that served especially all that died:

I will never know your fear, nor will I ever know your pain. With Honor you 
served your country well in the battles fought by the brave. 

I have learned of your experiences only through written words of what history 
was said to be, but I know there could be no words to explain what was felt 
in your hearts and souls when you strived to win the battles that I will 
never know. 

Your loyalties have taught us to take pride in our flag, the flag you carried 
and saluted when you fought in the war. 

When I see our flag or hear our national anthem I am standing proud for all 
who stood before me.
