GARDNER, Glenn Paul -- Age 82, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2004 at 
Dayton VA Nursing Center. He enjoyed traveling anywhere and everywhere in the 
United States. He was a WWII Army veteran and was proud to serve in the South 
Pacific where he earned multiple bronze and silver stars while in Guattal 
Canal & Solomon Islands, & the Philippines. He was preceded in death by his 
parents John & Ida Gardner, brothers Jimmy, Johnny, Earl, Donny, sisters 
Theresa, Elaine, & Ruthie. He is survived by nieces and nephews Robin, Todd, & 
Cheryl Steele, Donny Levline, Marcia Jaffe, Carole Storck, Sandra Kneer, Donna 
Deppish, & Mary Louise Henning. The family will receive friends from 11 am-12 
noon Thursday March 11, 2004 at Tobias-Conner & Koch Funeral Home, 92 West 
Franklin Street (S.R 725), Bellbrook. Graveside services 1:00 pm Thursday, 
March 11 at Dayton National Cemetery. Father George Uralikunnel officiating.
