Pearson, Sr. ---------------------- Saturday - December 16, 1944 Dayton Daily News Walter C. Pearson, 68, of 331 No. Orchard St., died suddenly at 5:30 A.M. at his residence. Born in Darke County, Ohio. He had been a resident of Dayton for the past 50 years and was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in North Dayton. Surviving are his widow, Emma; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Talmadge of Lewisburg and Mrs. Esther Strausbaugh; three sons, Walter C. Pearson Jr. of Springfield, Basil L. and Arthur D. of Dayton. One sister, Mrs. Ada A. Becker and six grandchildren. Sunday, December 17, 1944 Walter C. Pearson Funeral services for Walter C. Pearson, 68, who died at his home, 331 No. Orchard at 5:30 A.M. Saturday, will be held at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday at the residence. Burial will be in the Centerville Cemetery. Friends may call at the home after 2 P.M., Monday. Arrangements at the Hoyne Funeral Home.
