MacPhee e-mail: JKMII@aol.com Montgomery County Ohio Probate Court Case #522 Will of Henry Kinsey/Kinsy, Montgomery County, Ohio, 26 Apr 1821 Last Will And Testamant In the name of God aman I Henry Kinsey of Jefferson township and Mountgomery County And State of Ohio Yeoman I the said Henry Kinsey i am in state of Bodly strenth yet being of sound mind memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of this transitory life have thought Fit to make this my last will and testamant in maner following that is to say first I recommend my soul into the hands of God and my Body I recommend to the earth And respecting the worldly estate And effects wherewith it has pleased God to bless me I Dispose off them in the following maner that is to say my will that my son Abraham Kinsey Shall have the south west quarter of Land section Number one of township Number three in Range number Five east of the meridian Line and forty acers of Land Joining the said quarter on the North side After My Deceased Witness Weareof I Henry Kinsey the testater have hereunto set my hand And seal this 26 Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and twenty one. [signed] Henry Kinsy [x his mark] [signed] George Olinger [signed] William Wagner [signed] Jacob Olinger [signed] Jacob Reesor [Probate and Administration, 26 Feb 1822] The State of Ohio Montgomery County SS Be it remembered that at a court of Common Pleas holden at Dayton in the County aforesaid on the twenty sixth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twenty two before the Honorable Joseph H, Crane Esquire President and Isaac ?Spinning Phillip Gunckle & James ?Stute Esquire his apointed Judges of our said Court was produced the within written last will and testament of Henry Kinsey deceased which being proved by the oaths of George Olinger William Wagner & Jacob Olinger three of the subscribing witnesses thereto, was ordered to be recorded and on application of John Kinzey and George Olinger administration of all and singular of the Estate of Henry Kinsy deceased is granted to the said John Kinsey and George Olinger with the will annexed to be administered agreeably to the tenor thereof and they were sworn according to Law and with Jacob Wolf and Jacob Kaylor their securities gave a bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars Conditioned ?__.
