Montgomery County Ohio Probate Court Case #412 Will of John Kinsey, 9 Nov 1819 In the Name of [God] Amen I John Kinsey of the State of Ohio and Montgomery Being Week in body but of Sound Mind and Memorey But calling unto Mind the Mortality of the bodey And Knowing that it is appointed for all men O__ to Die Do Make and Ordain this my Last will and testament as Fetching Such Wor[ld]ly Estate Wherewith it pleased God to Bless me in this Life I Give Demenish and Dispose of the same in the following Manner and form I Give and Bequeath the whole of my Real and personel Estate unto my beloved Elizabeth Kinsey So long as shee Remains in her widowhood Life if shee Should see proper to ?allter her life and mary again then and in such case Shee is to have one third part of what the Estate is then worth the Ballence to be Divided amongst my children an Equal Share to Each and do Ratify this my last will and testament In presence of us this Ninth day of November 1819 John Kinsey Adam Swinehart John Etter George Rowdebush Probate and Administration, 23 Nov 1819 The State of Ohio Montgomery County SS Be it remembered That at a Court of Common Pleas holden at Dayton in the County aforesaid on the twenty Third day of November one thousand eight hundred & nineteen before the Honorable Joseph H. Crane esquire President & Isaac Spinning, Philip Gunkel & James Steele esquires his associate Judges of our said Court was produced the within written last will & testament of John Kinsey deceased which being proven by the affirmations of Adam Swinehart John Etter & George Rowdebush the subscribing witnesses thereto It was ordered that the same be recorded & on application of Jacob Mullendore (the widow having relinquished her right to administer) administration of all & singular of the estate of the said John Kinsey deceased is granted to the said Jacob Mullendore with the will annexed to be administered agreeable to the tenor thereof & he took affirmation according to law & with Philip Gunckel & John Etter his securities gave a bond in the sum of of one thousand dollars Conditioned &c.
