I, Milton McGrew of Washington Tp
1st to wife Ann McGrew my household & kitchen furniture absolutely & if any of 
it is left at her death to go to my three children, James R. McGrew, John 
McGrew, & Nancy McGrew
3d all R.E. to three children above etc
4. Appoints friend Adam Clay Exr
