The Zanesville Times Recorder December 20, 1966
Paul H. Darner, 73, of Zanesville Route 6, near Duncan Falls, died at 3:30 p.m.
Monday (Dec. 19) at a Cambridge hospital.  He had been ill with a heart ailment
one year and had been a patient at the hospital since last April 16.

A retired farmer, he was born at Wills Creek, May 3, 1893, son of Harmon and
Candace Darner.  He spent most of his life in the Adamsville vicinity.  His
wife, the former Lorena Oliver, died March 17, 1963.

A member of Adamsville Methodist Church, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs.
Marion (Alice) Winn of 471 Gray street and two granddaughters.  Three brothers
are deceased.

Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at
Shirer and Son Funeral Home at Adamsville.  Services will be held at 10 a.m.
Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Mrs. Helen Groves officiating.  Burial
will be in New Hope Cemetery.
