                       MARY ELIZABETH FOX

   Mary ELizabeth Fox, aged 14 months, daughter of Mrs. Edna A. Fox, died at 
the Good Samaritan Hospital Sunday afternoon after a brief illness of spinal 
meninigitis.  The father of the babe, Charles J. Fox, died just about four 
months ago.  The young mother has the sympathy of the hundreds of friends in 
her sad bereavement.
   The body of the child was removed to the home of the grandmother, Mrs. Mary 
E. Fox of 151 Underwood street from which place the funeral will be conducted 
Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. Father Quinn of the St. Thomas Catholic 
church.  Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
