     Mrs Lizzie Gill, 83, died at 10:25 p..m. Friday at her home at New 
Concord Route 1, after a short illness.
     Mrs. Gill was born Nov. 25 1889 in Meigs Township, a daughter of Martin 
and Emma Williamson Farus.
     She was a member of the Cumberland United Methodist Church.
     Surviving are her husband, Henry; seven daughters, Mrs. Floyd {Mildred} 
Bice. Mrs Ralph {Ann} Vore, and Mrs. Clarence {Faye} Porter, all of Dresden, 
Mrs Harry {Betty Jean} Mason of New Concord, Mrs Charles {Alice} Hall of 172 
Green St. Mrs Paul {Barbara} Carpenter of Race St and Mrs Forrest {Bernice} 
Grover of Pendleton, Ind.; two sons James Gill of Seventh Street and Richard 
of White Cottage; 32 grandchhildren - 40 great-grandchildren and a sister Mrs 
Hattie Allen of Cumberland.
     Two sons, four brothers and three sister are deceased.
     The body was taken to the Tom Funeral Home at Cumberland where friends 
may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today.
     Service will be held at 2 pm Monday in the funeral home with Rev. Raymond 
Vincent Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Cemetery.
