MORWICH'S OLDEST RESIDENT DIES
Norwich's oldest resident, Miss Clara Haines, 94, died at the Muskingum 
College infirmary in New Concord early this morning after a short illness
of complications.
    Born Feb 26, 1845, near Norwich, Miss Haines was a life-long resident of 
that vicinity and at one time operating a millinery business in the town.
    She is survived by several nephews and nieces.
    Burial will be at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the Norwich
Presbyterian Church, of which Miss Haines was a life-long member.  The
Rev. C.E. Houk and the Rev. Andrew Thompson will officiate.   Burial will be
in the church cemetery.
    The body was removed to the Mock Funeral home in New Concord.
