MINNER, RETIRED FARMER DIES Carl C. Minner, 77, of 2555 Maysville avenue, died Thursday in Bethesda hospital. He had suffered an apparent heart attack early Thursday morning. Born Sept. 17, 1895 in Licking County, he was a son of Fred and Rose Bradford Minner and have been a Zanesville resident since 1954. Before moving to Zanesville he was a farmer in Madison Township near Dresden. Mr. Minner was a member of the Maranatha Bible Church, was a veteran of World War I and a member of the DAV. He was employed by Imlay Greenhouse. Surviving are two sons, Francis of Corona, Calif. and Ronald of 1308 Central avenue; three brothers, James of Pine River, Wis., Ernest and Edsel both of Dresden; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Sarbaugh and Mrs. Emma Oliver both of Scotts Bluff, Neb. and Mrs. Louise Green of Cinema drive; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Elsie died Feb. 16, 1970. One daughter, one brother and two sisters are also deceased. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Bolin Funeral Home on Putnam avenue.
