Sarbaugh, 27 is the husband of Mrs. Anna Bishop Sarbaugh and the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Sarbaugh, 2817 Maple avenue. He has been in service for more than two years and has been on sea duty since Feb. 10 of this year. His last letter to relatives was dated May 27. A graduate of Lash high school in the class of 1936 he was employed by the Zane Transit Co., prior to his induction. He has three brothers, two of whom are in the service, Cpl. Roy Sarbaugh in the South Pacific who has not been heard from in more than a month and Staff Sgt. Forrest, who served two years overseas and is now at San Bernadino, Calif. and Jack who resides at home. He is that father of two daughters, Sandra Sue, 6 and Ardath Ann, 2; Mrs. Charles Darnell, 778 Durban drive and Miss Ellie Sarbaugh, a secretary at Wright field, Dayton are sisters.
