Elizabeth born 1815, died March 24, 1902 submitted by Claud Bell - capcolectr@aol.com In the name of the benevolent Father of all: - I, Elizabeth Bell, of Rich Hill township, Muskingum county, Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and testament: It is my will that all my just debts including my funeral expenses, and a suitable monument, or tombstone, to my memory, be paid out of my estate- Second: I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Elmira Bell, all the residue of my estate, both personal and real, to be hers absolutely. Third: If my daughter, Elmira Bell, should die before me, then I bequeath all my estate, both real and personal, to my beloved son, William E. Bell. Fourth: I do hereby nominate and appoint my son, Wm. E. Bell, executor of this my last will and testament, hereby authorizing and empowering him to execute all the provisions thereof - This section changed by codicil In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of March in the year 1887 her Elizabeth X Bell seal mark Signed and acknowledged by said Elizabeth Bell as her last will and testament, in our presence, and signed by us in her presence. McGregor Codicil Whereas I, Elizabeth Bell on the 4th day of March 1887 made my last will and testament of that day do hereby declare the following to be a codicil to the same: On account of my son Wm. E. Bell removing to the far west I do hereby change section fourth of that will and do nominate Elmira Bell executrix in his stead of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering her to execute all the provisions thereof.
