Written: December 19, 1870

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Luke Stallard do make and 
publish this my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to my Son Luke Stallard the sum of one hundred Dollars; to 
my Daughter Sarah Minch (Munch?) the sum of one hundred Dollars; to William 
Cunningham the sum of one hundred Dollars; to my Grandson William (Allen?) the 
sum of one hundred Dollars; to my Grand Daughters Emma Wallace and Harriet 
Cunningham Each the sum of one hundred Dollars and to my Grandchildren Ella 
Cunningham, Flora Cunningham, Isabella Cunningham and Charles Cunningham each 
the sum of fifty Dollars.

It is my will that my executor put up a marble stone to my grave such can be 
had for Sixty-five Dollars.

I do hereby nominate and appoint William Cunningham Executor of my last Will 
and Testament.

Signed sealed and acknowledged in our presence by Luke Stallard and signed by 
us in his presence october 11, 1870.
